Your personal data (name, email, affiliation, and any information you provide during registration) will be processed by the CyberSecPro consortium for the following purposes:
Event administration — to manage your registration, provide event updates, and facilitate your participation in the CyberSecPro Entrepreneurship Summit.
Project reporting — to document participation as required under EU grant agreement No 101083594 (Digital Europe Programme). Anonymized or aggregated data may be shared with the European Commission.
Future engagement (if you consent above) — to contact you regarding cybersecurity education initiatives, collaboration opportunities, research activities, and related events organized by ACEEU, GUF, or CyberSecPro partners.
Legal basis: Event administration and reporting are based on legitimate interest and contractual necessity. Future engagement communications require your explicit consent.
Data retention: Your data will be retained for the duration of the project plus 5 years (as required by EU grant regulations), or until you withdraw consent for optional communications.
Your rights: You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting cybersecpro@aceeu.org.
